Residential Manager This role ideally suits an experienced Property Manager to utilise their skills and knowledge to manage a medium sized 'key' portfolio.
Tasks
Landlord and Tenant communication
Repairs and maintenance
Arrears control
Rental reviews and renewals
Tribunal preparation and attendance
Insurance claims
Creating strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Experience & Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Property Manager preferred
Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Superior level of customer service & problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication including proven negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
A genuine passion for property and people
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work well as a team and autonomously
Preferred experience in Property Tree
Certificate of Registration or Licence
Drivers Licence & Own Car
Monday to Friday work week
