To be the successful candidate for this role you must be a reliable, enthusiastic and mature-minded individual with a passion for commercial real estate. A high attention to detail, eagerness to learn, professionalism, as well as excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role.
You will be working directly with the Senior Property Manager, assisting in the management of a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial properties. Key duties and responsibilities include:
Property repairs and maintenance
Management of fire safety and compliance
Rent reviews
Arrears management
Inspections
Liaising with a various stakeholders
Invoicing and reconciliations
Supporting in the Senior Property Manager and completing various ad hoc property management tasks
You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of commercial property management, with career progression and growth.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must. Ideally you will have at least one year’s experience in a commercial property management role or two to three years’ experience in a residential property management role, a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent in Real Estate ? Sales and Leasing), your own car and valid driver's license are essential. Knowledge of MRI Property Tree is preferred.
