This is JooHwan Park planning to go Australia in the middle of April. And I am seeking the position in relation to project management or data analysis (Cadet or Junior). As someone with the education and experiences concentrated on construction management and data analysis, I am prudent to detail and punctual to my duties.
During the period I had studied, I learned overall project management skills and knowledge, especially cost management, contract administration, scheduling and risk assessment, additionally data analysis skills to achieve higher quality of management. Besides, I have comprehension of basic business administration, wide range of knowledge relating to construction and experiences in AutoCAD, database and programming.
Also, I had been working in the research field to improve construction performance and develop infrastructure management tools and specifications as a graduate research student. With this role, I conducted several researches, analysed data, managed overall administration process for all research projects and lectured construction estimation to undergraduate students. These experiences allow me to have insight to conduct managing and analysing tasks with various knowledge bases. I believe that my education and experiences would make an addition to the field relating to management and analysis. In light of my background, I would learn fast and easily conduct key roles with sincere attitude.
