OBJECTIVE:

To work in a busy caf? or restaurant in Sydney where I can put my excellent coffee making and customer service skills into practise. I learn quickly, I am proactive, efficient and I work well in a team. I would be happy to come in for a trial any time to demonstrate my skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Jan 2018 ? Feb 2018 Completed an intensive four-week Barista Skills and Customer Service training course at my English school. During this time, I worked in a high-pressure, busy environment with my team making all types of high-quality coffee and hot and cold drinks for teachers and students each day.

Other tasks: - Setting Up and Cleaning espresso machines and grinders each day.
- Learning customers’ names and drinks by heart, thereby giving each of them excellent customer service.
- Learning about and appreciating all areas of the coffee industry with a particular focus on the Australian industry and culture.
