    About the Role
    The Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the effective operation of the Kitchen department by providing administrative support in a timely and efficiently manner. To be an exemplar of the brand and to act as an exemplar in all interactions and work related events.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Your duties will include:
    ? Provide administrative support efficiently and professionally
    ? Administer food labels - Key Performance Indicators grids - Checking menus
    ? Maintain a logical and up-to-date filing system ensuring files are maintained and regularly updated with all information on file
    ? Administer the departmental Welcome Program
    ? Payroll administration
    ? Assist with food poisoning processes
    ? Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment
    ? Any other reasonable task as requested by Kitchen Management
    ? Assist Sales & Marketing team

    Skills & Experience

    Your skills and experience will include:
    ? Previous experience in an administration position, preferably in hospitality
    ? Organisational and time-management skills
    ? Positive, enthusiastic, able to take direction & correction
    ? Keyboard/Computer skills
    ? Analytical and numerical skills
    ? Excellent English communication skills
    ? Natural ability to work within a team environment
    ? An ability to 'think outside the square', and an inquisitive nature
    ? Multi-tasking and organisation
    ? Attention to detail.
