6. 주요 업무 / Job Description
As a Sales Assistant at Daesang Australia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing operational tasks, and assisting in the overall efficiency of the company’s daily activities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining organizational effectiveness and supporting various departments to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organising meetings.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management and order processing.
- Coordinate logistics for shipments, including liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and customers.
- Support the finance department with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budget tracking.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Provide administrative support to the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and other functions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive individual with the following qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or operations support role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management is a plus.
- Must have a visa with working rights in Australia.
