The position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role of the Administration Assistant will be to support our Accounts Payable/Receivable team with selected administration functions including:
- Assisting in creating vendor records
- Prepare and distribute vendor remittances
- Processing of vendor invoicing
- Prepare and manage weekly EFT run
- Processing of bank statement entries
- General filing/Data Entry
- Banking preparation
- Mail collection and distribution
The skills and experience required:
- Office Administration Experience
- Experience in Accounting functions such as AP/AR
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Tertiary qualifications in business related discipline preferred
- Microsoft Office applications and excellent SAP knowledge
