  • Leaf Cafe & Co pagewood is looking for head chef, chefs / cooks & kitchen hand to join our team.
    (4 Finch Drive Eastgarden)

    Brand new venue open in 22nd of July
    (Training will be provided at head office store before opening. Start ASAP)

    We are seeking a talented and passionate head chef & few kitchen staffs to join our team and contribute to our vision of culinary excellence.

    **Responsibilities:**
    Head chef position
    - Collaborate with the our executive Chef and culinary team to develop and execute innovative menu concepts that reflect our culinary vision and showcase seasonal ingredients.
    - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with attention to detail, presentation, and flavor profiles.
    - Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation according to established standards.
    - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
    - Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
    - Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
    - Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and creativity among the culinary team.
    - Strong leadership and communication skills.

    Chefs / cooks
    -be able to work under pressure and work as a team
    - Proven experience as a Chef in a similar position
    - Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred, but not a must
    - Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
    - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
