1) Sales Representative - Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to expand market presence and meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed sales decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking functions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a skilled sales professional with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the Food retail and distribution channel sales industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.

2) Admin & Operations Support Officer - Role Overview
As an Admin & Operations Support Officer at Daesang Australia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing operational tasks, and assisting in the overall efficiency of the company’s daily activities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining organizational effectiveness and supporting various departments to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organising meetings.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist with inventory management and order processing.
Coordinate logistics for shipments, including liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and customers.
Support the finance department with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budget tracking.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Provide administrative support to the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in organising company events, meetings, and other functions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
