We have an exciting opportunity to join our Loan Syndication team as a Credit Analyst. The Loan Syndication team is responsible for assisting in the execution of syndicated deals in the Australian market. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in coordinating projects and supporting senior members of the team. Responsibilities
? Perform credit analysis and risk assessments on large value lending transactions(syndicated and bilateral loans)
? Research, write and present financial and industrial analyses in support of company specific and portfolio level decisions
? Support senior staff in managing the Loan portfolio, undertaking periodic reviews, processing waivers and variations and maintaining credit surveillance
? Prepare materials to assist in obtaining credit approvals
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge and reporting on local syndication trends and perform industry targeted research
? Attend meetings, internal and external in the context of specific transactions to discuss and assess investment strategies
? Review and check Facility agreements, term sheets and loan documentation
? Prepare ad hoc reports and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (accounting, commerce or finance,business admin)
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
? High level of attention to detail and excellent time management and prioritization skills. Demonstrate superb work ethics.
? Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship preferred
? Experience in Banking or Finance preferred but not required
