About the role
We are looking for experienced hands on account manager, preferably with coffee experience to join our team.
This role is open to experienced cafe managers looking for a new chapter and experience in the industry.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting day to day operations of corporate stores
- Auditing franchise stores
- Leadership and training
- Compliance in purchasing approved stock
- Quality Control
- Product Development
- Profit & Loss analysis for franchisees
About you
- Have at least 2 year experience in a fast paced cafe environment.
- Demonstrate competent skills in cafe with coffee knowledge.
- Management experience in cafe/restaurant teams.
- Weekend availability is required from time to time
- Willingness to regularly travel intrastate and interstate when required.
