We are one of the biggest and fast-growing Japanese Franchise restaurant business expanding all over Australia. We have 30 plus stores in Victoria, 10 plus stores in NSW and Canberra. Due to our expanding business, we are now seeking for employees to be a part of our team.
We are looking for passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join and help lead our dynamic, fast-paced, and busy team for our restaurants in Penrith and Rosebay. We are looking for Fulltime employees to work 6 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays. Experience in similar role is preferrable but not mandatory. Training is available for the right candidates. The following are the roles and responsibilities to be carried out:
?Ensure the venue is open and set up ready for the customers including setting the furniture, tables
?Take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders (including online, phone and delivery orders).
?Working and managing the team of floor staff, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
?Working on the floor, in the bar and as host as required
?Provide excellent customer service.
?Leading up to 12 staff at a time on a shift
?Responsible for staff hiring and training
?Managing planning and rostering of the staff, be aware of staffing levels, associated with wage costs.
?Supervisory responsibilities including daily takings, timing meals, staff briefing, closing at end of day.
?Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
?Good communication with the kitchen and floor staff
?Excellent management style, communication and organizational skills required.
?A dedicated presence on floor during service
?Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, manage the stocks and order products as necessary
?Following and enforcing all Company policies and standards including Work Health & Safety.
