Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining of staff personal files and HR spreadsheets
- Organize office functions and social activities
- End to end recruitment Process
- Organise employee onboarding; from approval request, organising work computer & stationaries
- Manage Timesheet preparation for Payroll purposes
- Perform Monthly
- Manage Payroll tax obligation, WorkCover, and Super contribution
- Organise and manage travel Booking
- Business Event Management
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience using XERO systems
- A positive and proactive can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English and Korean
