Your duties will include:
Overseeing day to day operations of corporate stores
Auditing franchise stores
Leadership and training
Increase your allocated franchised stores business turnover
Compliance in purchasing approved stock
Quality Control
Product Development
About you
- Have at least 2 year experience in a fast paced cafe environment.
- Demonstrate competent skills in cafe with coffee knowledge.
- Management experience in caf?/restaurant teams.
- Weekend availability is required.
-Willingness to regularly travel intrastate and interstate when required.
