Responsibilities of this Role:
- Will be in charge of projects from start to finish
- Liaise and coordinate trades & suppliers for projects
- Produce, maintain progress and update project schedules
- Liase and report to head company personnel
- Conduct all required project paperwork
- Will be working on a project commission basis therefore you have the flexibility to choose your hours as long as projects are running smoothly and according to the schedule
Work Experience & Skills:
- Have knowledge in the pool and/or general building process
- Previous experience working as a supervisor, project manager or other forms of the role that runs or takes charge of a construction site
- Good work ethics, diligence, conscientious and utmost integrity
