About the role :
Develop/Create a menu to complement style of business alongside Head Chef
Support the Head Chef in food preparation, supplier management, food costings
Assist in any of the kitchens, this may require assistance within or outside normal working
hours
Develop good relationships with Hall Staff
Undertake project work & training to develop skills in food production
Health, safety and licensing and meeting necessary compliance & reporting requirements
Take responsibility for the adherence & compliance of all food hygiene legislation
Have a full understanding and knowledge of food safety law
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
