This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant with solid relationship building skills. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in MEADOWBANK.
The Role
As the Administration Assistant reporting directly to the National Team Leader, you will be:
Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Supporting our Estimation Team with admin duties
Undertaking data entry
Undertaking general administration duties
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced Administrator who has:
Proven experience in a similar role
Confident and positive phone manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An eye for detail
Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
Strong organisational and administration skills
COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccinated)
