* Ensuring supply chain management - receipt of stock, inspection and storage, stock takes, order receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management update
* Arranging transport to meet customer delivery time requirements
* Undertaking SCM activities to meet relevant operational procedures, regulation and maintenance of facilities and cost analysis and internal reports preparation
* Ensuring operations and preparing internal reports of profit and loss, inventory etc. to senior management and external customers
* Customer care and excellent communication and use system to respond within agreed timeframe
* Undertaking other ad hoc duties as required
For this role, you will have:
* A minimum of one year relevant experience in Customer services, administration in logistics
* Inventory management skills and picking/packing (IT devices) experiences
* Well-presented email communication, fast and accurate responding skills
* A proactive “can-do” attitude, problem-solving abilities and excellent customer care
* English and Korean bilingual would be of advantageous
