We are currently seeking an energetic individual to join the Operations Team due to business growth. This opening is a full-time permanent position and will be an exciting opportunity for your career progression in banking and financial industry.
Responsibilities
Client services operator role (Deposits and/or Trade Finance)
Domestic and international fund transfer via SWIFT
General back office tasks
Onsite support for ICT issues
Ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Korean speaking ability is essential)
Tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, finance or related areas preferred
Highly preferred if you have:
thorough understanding of banking industry and the Australian market;
comprehensive knowledge of various retail banking products;
knowledge of payment transactions including SWIFT, CS1, CS2 and CS4;
understanding of the latest version of UCP, URR, URC, etc.;
basic knowledge of PC usage and networking concepts; and
prior experience in banking or finance or ICT field.
