We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team in a Barista role. Our days are fast paced and fun, so we need someone with confidence and strong skills who enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
This is a Monday to Friday job offering around 40-50 hours in a Barista role. Like the rest of our multi-skilled team, you will also have a customer service role taking customer orders and working the floor together with the rest of our multi-skilled team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing service
- Serving all types of hot and cold beverages
- Taking customer orders at POS
- Working the floor when necessary
If you are energetic, like a fun fast paced environment and have at least 2 years experience then we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone to start immediately.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to be able to:
- Cope with working in a fast paced, hectic environment
- Multi-task without getting frazzled
- Adjust grind/dose to maintain consistent extraction
- Consistently texture milk and do latte art for dine ins
