We are a global car infotainment and connected technology development field company that has been operational in Australia since 2012. We offer in vehicle infotainment products such as audio visual navigation and video, around view monitor, head up display and rear seat entertainment products. We also provide automotive intelligent docking adaptors, dash cams and much more
The essential qualification and skills required for the role include:
* Data entry, order processing, and invoicing on daily basis, working up against deadlines
* Measuring and assessing the performance of satellite navigation, audio system, and vehicle components
* Diagnosing and analysing symptoms of satellite navigation
* Conducting technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and other relevant standards as part of defined projects
* Assuring software revisions for all models in Australia
* Handling both inbound and outbound calls, and email enquiries
* Support testing & fixing car navigation system as minor role whenever necessary.
* Qualifications
- Holders of visas who can legally work
- English proficiency required (telephone conversations must be smooth)
* Workplace: Near Macquarie Park Station in Sydney
* Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-05:00pm
* Employment type: Determined after consultation
