주력 분야는 호텔과 커머셜 빌딩으로 모든 계약을 직접 체결하는 원청 회사입니다.
Head Office 에서 함께 일할 Service Operations Manager 를 모집합니다 (Part Time or Full time).
Your Role will include:
-Build & maintain excellent relationship with clients on all levels.
-Correspond sub-contractors and supplier.
-Respond to customer request/inquiry.
-Site inspections for monitoring and reviewing the cleaning quality.
-Assist Senior Service Operations Manager for making tender documents.
-Record and file all documents on system.
You must have:
-Excellent English skill both verbal and written.
-Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with clients and co-workers.
-Demonstrates a high degree of honesty, integrity, diligence, innovation and customer service attitude.
-Establish strong team spirit.
-Driving licence.
-General Computer skill.
-Experience in cleaning industry.
-Permanent Resident or Citizen.
Working Day & Working Hour:
-Office Location : Alexandria, NSW 2015.
-Part time or Full time from 9am to 5:30pm.
-Attractive base salary + paid annual leave + Paid sick leave + superannuation + mobile phone
+ car petrol expense.
