    About the business
    Happytel’s story began in 1995 as a small family-run company that dedicated itself to offering the right mobile solutions for every individual. Fast forward 25 years later, Happytel is now a global leader in mobile phone accessories and repairs with over 54 stores across Australia and New Zealand.

    Happytel currently employs 310 employees, 48 of them based in the Head office and Warehouse in Sydney.

    About the role :
    -Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional in-store experiences
    -Meeting sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
    -Developing store strategies to expand customer pool and increase profitability
    -Inspire and influence teams to deliver experiences and results that build customer loyalty
    -Manage store staff by providing direction and facilitating additional training where required
    -Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
    -Establish and maintain relationships with staff members through regularly communication
    -Oversee all operational aspects of the store such as stock controls, rosters and wage budgets

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience
    -Minimum of 1-year experience within a similar industry including retail store operations and customer service
    -A strong passion for retail and customer service
    -Proven ability in managing and mentoring teams to reach their full potential to succeed within the business
    -Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
    -Ability to achieve Sales KPI’s and completion of goals
    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    -Fluent in English

    Job Type:
    *Permanent Full time
    *Part-Time (3 months probation period)

    Schedule:
    *Full time-38 hours/week
    *Part-time-above 20 hours per week

    Salary:
    $53,000 - $62,000/38 hours per annum excluding superannuation
