About the business
FASHIONOVA PTY LTD was established in 1998 in Australia as a specialised hosiery & socks manufacturer and distributor with its own brand SOX&LOX, supplying to over 3000 pharmacies across Australia & New Zealand.
We are a medium-sized company proudly displaying our slogan “Serious about Sox”, where we seek to craft high quality and comfortable products, with special interest in the development and supply of diabetic friendly socks in the pharmaceutical industry.
About the role :
-Providing functional support to sales and marketing team
-Boosting sales by promoting new products to customers
-Maintaining and updating customer database, making and receiving calls and managing sleeping customers
-Processing orders and invoicing
-Overall admin duties
-Bilingual fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Skills in negotiation and dealing with complaints
