- Intermediate computer skills including experience using MS Office
- Previous experience with customer service & receptionist duties.
Your responsibilities will include as following:
- Answering all incoming calls and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and customers
- Daily mail duties, including distribution
- Booking and managing couriers
- Process dispatches, including preparing delivery docket
- Data entry and filing
- Other general administrative duties
- General QA duties
- Assisting other staff to complete tasks when required
