We’re looking to hire a motivated Retail Sales consultant who has a strong work ethic and the desire to succeed in our Store in Roselands. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company, which will provide you with an opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive environment.
As a Sales Consultant , you will work as an individual and as part of a team to ensure we meet customer expectations, by providing exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:
-Ability to build a rapport and manage lasting relationships with our customers
-face to face contact with customers, incorporates phone and email inquiries with a wide range of potential and existing customers
-Guide customers through the product selection process
-Store presentation and visual merchandising
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Positive Can do attitude and proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed
-Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
-The ability to work in a team environment
-Strong organizational skills
-Good general computer skills
Advantageous Qualities:
Experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction or industrial trade would be highly advantageous
