We have an outstanding opportunity for an assistant project manager to join our HOMES NSW team based in Sydney office, working closely with contractors and the teams with the guidance of a project manager.

●Tasks & responsibilities
→ Liaising with project managers and trades to ensure smooth running of projects
→ Answering phone calls and email
→ Organising tasks and preparing job schedules
→ Valid drivers licence & own vehicle
→ Use of Microsoft software and other applications
→ Reporting work progress to clients
●Qualifications & experience
→ Attention to details
→ Good personal skills & presentation
→ Excellent verbal and written skills
→ Excellent time management skills
→ Able to work with small teams or individually
→ Experience in similar role, tertiary qualification in project management or a related field would be beneficial
→ NSW Driver licence
