We work in collaboration with the global networks to deliver seamless financial service to our clients around the world.
Due to our recent growth, we are seeking a Bank Accounting/GA Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting
-Report variance analysis of daily PL and BS.
-Daily bank account reconciliations
-Report monthly end closing accounts result with variance analysis.
-Prepare monthly report: suspense accounts details, outstanding derivative report
-Statutory financial reports for Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and AFSL
-Monthly Business Activity Statement; GST, FBT instalment and withholding taxes.
-Preparation of Corporate Income Tax return
-Investigate and apply any tax amendments proposed by the government and/or ATO
-Reports for the submission to Korean Financial Supervisory Service (FSS)
-Liaising with internal and external auditors
-Ad hoc duties assigned including management report
General Administration
-Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangement
-Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts etc.)
-Maintaining a proper filing system
-Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
-Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts and cleaning services
-Procurement and inventory control of office stationary and pantry supplies
-Maintaining and updating organizational databases and contact lists
-Keeping records of office assets
-Managing leave entitlements
-Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
-Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
-Completing paperwork required for workers compensation claims
-Administrating new starters and terminations
Key qualifications/skills required:
-Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or Law
Preferably certificate holder related with finance, account (CA, CFA, FRM, etc)
-High competency in PC and Microsoft applications
-Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Korean is preferred
-Strong attention to detail, numerical reasoning and analytical skills
-Strong team player
-Australian permanent residence or equivalent qualification
