Global Bridge is seeking a bubbly, energetic service representative to manage administrative duties. This role would be well suited to people who are gifted with customer service and self-sufficient organizational skills.
Responsibilities include(but not limited to):
· Responding to enquiries and consultations from current and prospective students
· Being the point of contact for students, greeting and answering all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
· Maintain familiarity with all college matters so enquiries can be dealt with appropriately or directed to the appropriate member of staff
· Organising placement and providing feedback to students
We are seeking someone with:
· A professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills and personal presentation
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills: It is compulsory to be able to speak Korean and English
· Previous reception/administrative experience is desirable
· Work history of being reliable, proactive, responsible and punctual
· Be able to work responsibly with minimal supervision
· Show initiative and creativity
· Attention to detail.
Experience and qualification:
· graduated high school in Australia (Preferred)
· customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
· administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
· English and Korean (Required)
· Mandarin (Desirable)
