Our client is at the forefront of leading worldwide logistics sector. They globally provide in total logistics services to customers in such diverse industries as electronics, machinery, chemicals, oil refining and construction. They are currently seeking a SCM Inbound Administrator to join their operations team.
For the position, you will be:
- Ensuring the quality system in all administrative and operational functions
- Managing inbound shipments and receiving across Australia and New Zealand
- Supporting supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and excellent KPI performance
- Preparing weekly and monthly inbound reports
- Undertaking other ad hoc duties as required
For this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in logistics or international business, or equivalent programs
- A min of 1 year relevant experience in logistics or SCM sectors preferred
- Knowledge in planning and mass management
- Due to frequently liaise with HQ in Korea, preferably, knowledge of Korean language
- Intermediate office program skills
- Well-presented verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive “can-do” attitude
- Problem-solving abilities and excellent customer care
