About the Role
Samsung Authorised Service Centre is looking for the enthusiastic “Appointment Setter” to join our continuously growing In Home Service Team. You will be contacting customers to setting up appointments.
In this position the successful candidate will:
? Appointment setting and outbound calls
? Conduct other administrative duties as required

? Experience in outbound calling and appointment setting
? Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic
? Positive & friendly approach
? Strong team player
? Strong and confident telephone manner
? Comfortable with warm calling
? Ability to multi-task
