Fast Future Brands is a fashion retailer with over 100 Valleygirl & TEMT stores across the country, offering the latest trends in clothing and accessories to our customers.
We are currently recruiting analysts to join our Planning team.
Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Create and plan annual, monthly, weekly and daily forecast sales
- Create and process logistic reports (Stock Valuation Reports and Weekly Stock Order Forecasts)
- Create Purchase Order and follow-up with suppliers
- Analyse sales performance for each item group of each store on a weekly basis and reflect them to buying, planning and allocation strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure stock levels are at an optimal level by planning stock flow
- Provide summarized analysis in weekly merchandising meetings
- Analyse and evaluate each stores performance such as sales, profit and stock level
- Assist Design and Buying Department to plan future products and optimum distribution
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong statistical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Retail and fashion industry experience will be highly regarded
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
