We are an established, family orientated dental group with several locations across Sydney (Chatswood, Gordon and Woywoy). We have a friendly team of dentists, dental assistants and receptionists who you will be working
closely with.
We currently seek a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our team in Chatswood.
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of customer service to patients of the practice.
They will have great communication skills, hold high ethical values, have the ability to multi-task,
and be a team player.
* Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer queries face to face, over the phone and via written communication
- Administer the appointment books and process payments
- Follow company policies and protocol for reception duties
- Arrange lab work
* Experience
- On the job training will be provided
- A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential
