Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Science or an equivalent technical degree (extra points)
- Strong understanding of OS (Windows), Networking, MSSQL and PostgreSQL

- Demonstrated ability/experience working on various computer networking system (extra points)
- 2 years experience in similar role in a customer services & administrative environment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner
- Active listener, with the ability to quickly gain rapport and trust across all levels
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving techniques
- Computer literacy particularly strong excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and experience working with both internal and external customers to achieve solution focused service outcomes
- Ability to learn new technologies, medical devices, quickly and willingness and commitment to continuous learning/improvement
Qualifications/Requirements
- Relevant license as required by Australian law and work cards: license can be obtained after successful application, however, must be eligible to receive
- Unrestricted business trip in Australian and New Zealand and plus to overseas
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on related job
- English Fluent (must), Korean Fluent (preferable)
- Full Australian Driver’s license
