Our client is a global leading company providing quality and sophisticated logistics solution based on its vast experience and accumulated technological capabilities. They are currently seeking an Accounting Officer to join their team in Sydney.
The successful applicants will be responsible for the efficient high-quality billing support as well as maintenance of the day to day processes and procedures including but not limited to billing and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Compile, analyze and record bills,
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Perform AR duties
- Issue monthly statements
- Keep client’s files updated with current invoices, bills and all other relevant information
- Provide analysis on cost propriety and assist Finance Manager with reports on findings
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in appropriate course
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying heavy workload
