Work Requirement
- Must hold Driver’s licence
- Must hold white card
- Fluent in English?:Bilingual preferred but not mandatory(Korean/English)
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibility
- Construct weekly report to evaluate the progress of the schedule
- Proceed scope and inspection on site
- Organise the schedule for the subcontractors for each job
- Assist in tendering process ?review informative documents including SWMS, work orders, plans, drawings etc.
- Communicate with clients to update the progress of the work and variations.
