    1. Product Marketing/Brand Manager

    Job description
    - Know all related products in a specific market
    - Sensitive to new/popular products; Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
    - Understand competitors’ information includes price; selling point; market position; market penetration in a specific market
    - Analyse retail/wholesale behaviour
    - Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
    - Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
    - Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
    - Liaising with supplier and owner
    - Make marketing event for the brand
    - Analyse local consumer behaviours
    - Marketing strategy planning
    - Able to travel overseas if needs


    2. Store manager/Supervisor/Assistant Store manager (Fulltime, Part-time)

    Job description
    - Organize all store operations and allocate sales target to personnel. Be responsible for sales performance of whole store; meet sales target
    - Maintains store staff by recruiting, training, supervising and appraising
    - Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
    - Maintaining statistical/ financial records and all other paper work necessary; analyse sales and revenue reports and market forecasts
    - Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
    - Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
    - Assistant in review merchandising activities; additional needed sales promotion; clearance sales needs; studying trends
    - Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services: preparing promotional materials and displays
    - Strong attention to customer service. Dealing with customer queries and complaints to maintain the store’s reputation
    - Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issue that might arise
    - Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
    - Visual merchandise for store display every 2 weeks
    Requirements
    - Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
    - Proven experience as a sales and proven sales records
    - Knowledge of retail management best practices
    - Outstand communication and interpersonal abilities
    - Excellent organizing and leadership skills
    - Commercial awareness
    - Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
    - Excellent knowledge of retail management software
    - Be good at team work


    3. Retail sales/Beauty advisor

    Job description
    - Greet and direct customers, responsible to serve customer
    - Provide accurate information: product features, pricing; maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
    - Answer customers’ questions about specific products and provide services
    - Cross-sell products to meet sales target, performing tasks related
    - Team work, provide excellent customer service
    - Stay up-to-date with new product/services
    - Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold, Clean shelves, counters and tables
    - Opening and closing store, including daily cleaning of store
    - Process payment through Epos , cash register , doing daily cash report ,petty cash report
    - Responsible to banking, re-fill store supplement on time
    - Able to finish daily duty and able to use communication tools with other team members
    - Able to handle customer query and able to deal with general customer complaint.
    - Responsible for weekly or monthly meeting

    Requirements
    - Understanding of the retail sales process
    - Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
    - Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
    - Basic math skills and cash handling
    - Track record of achieving sales quotas
    - Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
    - Enthusiastic team player
    - Be passionate about all things in beauty and cosmetics
    - strong intention to sale and able to meet target
    - Honest and trustable personality
    - Hard working and attention to details
    - Have a “can do attitude” positive and self-motivative
    - Willing for a further personal development

    급여:
    매니저급의 경우 시급 20.08 to 24.99 per hour depend on how experienced of candidate Or full-time package plus commission
    세일즈의 경우 시급 18.93 시작
