Our client is a fashion retailer with over 150 stores national wide, offering the latest trends in clothing and accessories to our customers.
We are seeking an individual with strong communication and co-ordination skills to support our client's retail management team as an administration/retail management officer on behalf of our client.
Major responsibilities include:
? Analyse and prepare various reports
? Effectively manage their time to complete a variety of administrative tasks as required
? Co-ordinate office staff activities
? Provide general office support as required
? Varying administrative tasks (i.e. filing)
? Assisting with Store Opening and Closings
? Maintaining store roster budgets
? Attending to payroll and ADI Time enquiries
? Ad-hoc trouble shooting
? Collaborating gift card manuals
? Organising store inventory and stationary items
? Following up Store and Area Manager queries and requests
? Dealing with Suppliers to order store inventory
? Weekly updates of price changes and transfers
? Updating stores on promotions
? Mediating store maintenance and store damage issues
? Communicating Fast Future Brands Policies and Procedures
? Ensuring all stores run smoothly
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
? No experience is required as on the job training will be provided
? Attention to detail
? Communication skills
? Good time management
? Basic computer skills
? Admin and Support experience
? Bilingual in English & Korean speakers highly preferred
