Receptionist/Administration
$45,000.00 per Annum + Super + 4 weeks paid Annual Leave
Brightfield Group Services is a leading supplier of facility services throughout Australia. We currently require a receptionist to join our friendly and close-knit team of professionals at our Somersby/Gosford office. This position is a Full time, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

- Outstanding communication/ telephone manner
- The ability to multi-task able to work under pressure and meet timelines
- Punctual and high attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Xero
- Has a professional attitude towards customers on the phone and in person as the applicant will be the first point of contact.
- Must be fluent in English both in writing and verbally
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking detailed messages
- Greeting clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Maintaining the presentation of the reception area
- Ordering stationary, kitchen supplies, consumables etc
- Preparing and processing quotes, invoices, bills, receipts, statements and other financial documentation
- Collect bills, invoices & follow up on outstanding creditors
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
