  • 현재 시드니 서부지역에 위치한 회사에서 일반 사무보조 업무를 하실분을 모집하고 있습니다.

    Responsibilities
    ? Liaison with clients & customers
    ? Dealing with general enquiries
    ? Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements when required
    ? Collect, open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
    ? General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, mailing
    ? Provide high level administrative support to the team

    Requirements
    ? Australian Citizen or Permanent Residents only
    ? A strong customer focus
    ? Punctuality
    ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independently
    ? Ability to adapt new work environment
    ? Polite and pleasant telephone manner
    ? Excellent interpersonal skills
    ? Ability to manage self to address multiple tasks
    ? Previous experience in administrative is preferred but not essential
