We are looking for someone with excellent financial, administrative and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for producing work to a high standard. You will possess a high level of integrity, be accountable and experienced in Finance, Administration and Payroll roles. Previous experience working with computer operations(XERO is highly regarded).
Key responsibilities include:
Management and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
Debt collection
Fortnightly payroll processing and maintaining employee payroll files and records.
Bank reconciliations
Preparation of purchase orders
Supplier reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations
Maintenance of general ledger transactional data
Accounts payable reporting
Accounts receivable reporting
General finance and administrative duties
Reconciliation of GST and liaising with external accountant in relation to BAS lodgement
Liaising with external accountant to provide information for interim and year end reporting requirements
Preparation of monthly financial reports for management including updates on key KPI’s relevant to the business
