Responsibilities :
* Supervising and monitoring the work of employees in order to ensure that the projects completed on time.
* Overseeing and coordinating daily operations of a work site to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
* Attending pre-start and subbies meeting to liaise with clients and other contractors
* Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of painting procedures for equipment maintenance.
* Estimating materials and labors
* Maintains time, payroll and materials records
* Assisting Project Manager to prepare ITPs and work progress reports
