** TRUSLAN GROUP (KLF GROUP 의 새로운 회사명)은 종합 부동산 개발 회사(Developer)로서 개발, 프로젝트 매니지먼트, 시공, 분양을 모두 진행하고 있습니다.
현재 라이드에 아파트 (2017년 9월 준공예정)을 비롯해, Lindfield, Gordon, Artarmon, St Leonards에 토지를 매입하여 개발 사업을 진행중에 있습니다.
ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND THE ROLE:
Truslan Group is an integrated platform which offers property services through our specialist network of partners: Truslan Property Development Management, Truslan Constructions and Truslan Estate.
We require the services of a full-time, reliable and enthusiastic individual who has minimum professional experience to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage phone calls and correspondence (Email, Letters, Packages etc.);
? Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
? Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
? Maintain petty cash;
? Maintain office working environments;
? Liaising with printing companies in regard to the supply of Company Stationery;
? Maintaining stocks of stationery and staff refreshments including re-ordering supplies;
? Maintaining and issuing listings of staff, supplier and contact lists & telephone numbers;
? Record keeping of all fax machines and photocopiers and purchasing new / replacement; equipment for office;
? Occasional word processing, filing, data entry and research works;
? Sending outgoing faxes, receiving and distributing incoming faxes;
? Ensuring that the switchboard, photocopier, fax are maintained and breakdowns /
maintenance requirements reported immediately to service providers;
? Receiving and sending items through couriers;
? All other tasks as may be instructed to you by your manager;
? Work with other administrative staff to reallocate work on a temporary basis, depending upon workload, start and finish times, and relief during breaks;
? To represent the company with interactions with clients, consultants and the public.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
? Excellent verbal communications skills;
? Leadership skills and ability to work in a team;
? Ability to remain calm and productive during periods of chaos;
? Capacity to fit into a medium size organisation;
? Customer support focus and skills;
? Excellent knowledge of MS office;
? Common sense and enthusiasm.
