TmaxSoft already launched its Australian operations last September with the vision of becoming one of the top 5 system software companies in Australia in 2020 with US$117 million in annual revenue and 5% market share.
Now we are actively looking for back-office operations professional who can successfully help with managing Australian operations and leading us to achieving the challenging mission.

= Role and responsibilities =
The professional will be primarily responsible for back-office operations of TmaxSoft Australia whose operations are heavily focused on sell-side.
The professional will be taking up following responsibilities.
- Manage HR operations most of which are outsourced from external HR agencies
- Manage Finance operations most of which are outsourced from an external accounting firm
- Manage Legal operations most of which are outsourced from an external law firm
- Report the status of back-office operations to the head quarter located at South Korea
- Assist the local executives in planning and executing business strategy and business operations
= Qualification =
TmaxSoft places more value on your passion for excellence than your qualification. That being said you are required to demonstrate the following qualification.
- Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar position
- Very fluent in English (native speaker preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
= Remuneration and our commitment =
Salary package will very much depend on your level of experience and capabilities. We are looking at around $40,000~60,000 AUD + bonus.
In order to help you achieve the mission you will be given tremendous support, buy-in and sponsorship from the directors. You will also be given necessary training for understanding products and relevant business operations.
Sponsorship will be provided for a work visa.
