Restaurant Manager:
At least has Diploma of business (Major in Hospitality, Commerce) or equivalent
Have relevant experience in the field
Good communication ability with English
Previous experience in a similar role
A true passion for leading, developing and working as a team
Ability to motivate and train staff
Analysis of performance results and financial reports
Be passionate about customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills
Good time management and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Duties:
Cook:
Your daily duties will include all aspects of a Cook role. To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you are an experienced fully qualified cook
-Responsibilities include preparing and displaying the product and maintaining proper sanitation within the sushi bar.
-Must be able to slice and prepare Sashimi (all fish including tuna, salmon, kingfish and snapper)
-Prepare and cook Tempura, and Grilling of Seafood Products
-Prepare and roll sashimi.
-Must display great communication skills and provide service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Restaurant Manager:
As the Restaurant Manager of these businesses you will be able to effectively manage rosters, staff training and development and all areas of customer service, leading by example to ensure the business culture and customer base is continually growing.
