외국인 쉐어이지만 파티하우스 아니고 조용한 집이구요 주변 이웃 그리고 같이 사는 메이트들과 트러블 없이 가능한 오래 사실 수 있는 분 구한다고 하네요.
미니멈 6개월이고 직접 인스펙션 가보시면 훨씬 마음에 드실거라고 생각해요.

Hi everyone!

I have a bright, spacious, fully furnished master bedroom available. The room has a large double door balcony, really comfortable queen size bed and mattress with linen and pillows.
There is also a large desk with chairs, a large chest of drawers, sitting on the balcony, bedside table and lamps. There’s additional storage under the bed and plenty of space to hang your clothes.

We are located in the quietest and most central part of Sydney: Darlinghurst!

We are literally 2 min walk from Oxford Street and Hyde Park in a quiet, leafy street with no traffic. Museum station is only a 3 minute walk.

The house is fully furnished. We have unlimited internet, PlayStation 4 and a big tv with great surround sound.

The price is $320 per week with utility bills included.

You will be sharing the house with me (Italian), Andrea (italian/Aussie, Thinny (Thai girl).

We are hard working, CLEAN and up for a nice meal or a drink every now and then.

The room is available now.

We are after someone clean, responsible and respectful.
