제트랜드 Green Square역에서 도보 2-3분 거리에 위치한 아파트에 화장실 포함된 마스터룸 쉐어할 분 구합니다.
저는 6개월간 해당 마스터룸에서 지낸 사람이구요, 계약이 종료됨과 동시에 한국에 돌아가게돼서 짐을 빼게 됐습니다.
그동안 함께 살았던 flatmate(Australian)인 Kelvin이 한국 웹사이트에 구인 광고를 대신 올려주길 원해서 글을 쓰는 중입니다. ^^

minimum stay 기간은 6개월이고 디파짓은 3주치 금액인 $1100 입니다.

The apartment:
- High quality, Mirvac development 200m walk from Green Square train station.
- Furnished, light filled/open living area
- Water bill included. Gas/electricity/internet bills to be split
- Great kitchen with Smeg appliances/gas stove and plenty of pantry space
- Internal laundry (Bosch washing machine) with dryer included
- Vented air conditioning in all rooms
- Secure storage cage
- Onsite building management
- Warm, welcoming and fluffy dog

Your room:
- Master bedroom with modern en-suite, unfurnished
- Large built in wardrobe/storage

Location:
- Very short walk to Green square station or a multitude of bus routes
- Woolworths downstairs as well as easy access to East Village shopping complex or Aldi in Waterloo
- Short drive or walk to popular eateries such as Messina, Black Star Pastry, The Grounds, Mecca, Three Blue Ducks, Archie Rose and all the other great food spots in Alexandria/Surry Hills/Rosebery.
- Brief stroll to a number of parks and gyms

Flatmate:
I am a late twenties professional working in finance in the CBD and I have lived in a share apartment for the last four years. I am friendly, tidy, respectful and I like a chilled and low-key home. An important factor is that I have a 3 year old cavoodle dog - she is very friendly, gentle, loves a cuddle, is well trained, and does not shed. Apart from hanging out with my pup, I enjoy making/eating great food and coffee as well as some of the more relaxed things in life - like yoga and pottery.

You'll be a great fit if you're looking for a place to call home - and you are responsible and considerate and are looking for the same in me as a flatmate!
