2 bedroom unit, 1st floor, quite calm and safe suburb. Right in front of Brennan park.
14 mins to city, 11 mins to Chatswood by train.
7 minutes walk to Waverton station, 15 mins to Wollstonecraft Station, less then 15 minutes walk to Crows Nest or ACU.

< About the Room>
furnished with double size bed, study table, chair, book case and wardrobes.
this room has beautiful green view.

unlimited Internet access
bills included (if its over $200 for 3 mothes , we will share a rest of bills but it usually less than $200)

Looking for someone working or studying full time who is able to live with me for long term.
Clean, honesty and quite (doesn't party too much).
