We seek experienced Solicitor/ Barrister (Immigration) and RMA (Registered Migration Agent) with MARN numbers, who can handle 457 / ENS / RSMS /GSM cases to DIAC, MRT, FMC, RRT, Ministerial. HRC. Ombudsmen, Appeal to High Court plus injunction against removal or deportation by DIAC and on Salary Basis (time is very flexible - Full Time or Part Time)
We also seek Sale & Marketing Managers for Migration area and Recruitment Consultants for job searches for foreigners.
Including following areas:
457 Visa, RSMS, ENS, GSM, HR Management
Appeals to Federal Magistrates Service, Federal Court & High Court
High Court injunction against removal or deportation or detnetion
Class Actions and Judicial Reviews for declined cases by many different reasons, to lead the way from overstayer position to successful normal visa and PR status eventually by various appeals to DIAC, Courts, Minister, etc...
Health or character matters resolving
Migration Review Tribunal (MRT)
Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT)
Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT)
Job Search and HR Management for New Immigrants (Sales and Marketing and Attending Seminars in Overseas and in Australia)
